United Vision for Idaho (Idaho)

For 12 years, United Vision for Idaho has helped people from diverse organizations, experiences and perspectives build relationships, learn new skills and share their common values. We are all the richer for it and have made Idaho an better place.

Burton K. Wheeler Center for Public Policy (Montana)

The Burton K. Wheeler Center for Public Policy in Bozeman, MT, promotes the discussion, analysis and eventual resolution of critical issues facing Montana and the region. The Center holds an annual conference and business roundtable, sponsors research and lectures, publishes conference reports and maintains this Web page for Montanans and others who are seeking solutions to some of today's most pressing issues and problems.

Center for the Rocky Mountain West (Montana)

The Center for the Rocky Mountain West is a regional studies program at The University of Montana in Missoula. Its work focuses on the Interior West of North America straddling the Rocky Mountains of the United States and Canada. Through cross-disciplinary programs in public education, research, and teaching, the Center explores the region's rich history and alternatives for its future.

Institute on Money in State Politics (Montana)

The National Institute on Money in State Politics is a nonpartisan 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable organization dedicated to accurate, comprehensive and unbiased documentation and research on campaign finance at the state level. The Institute develops searchable databases, makes them available to the public online, and analyzes the information to determine the role campaign money plays in public policy debates in the states. The Institute also publishes studies and provides technical assistance and training to reporters, academic researchers and public interest groups that work on state policy issues.

Public Policy Research Institute (Montana)

The Public Policy Research Institute promotes sustainable communities and landscapes through collaborative governance, which includes -- but is not limited to -- citizen participation, deliberative democracy, multi-party negotiation, community-based collaboration, cooperative conservation, joint fact finding, and consensus building.

Center for Business and Economic Research (Nevada)

CBER collects, analyzes, and disseminates information on the economy and businesses of Nevada. We also provide research and analysis services on a contract basis.

Great Basin Mine Watch (Nevada)

Great Basin Mine Watch is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 1994 by a coalition of environmental, Native American and scientific community representatives, our mission is to protect the land, air, water and wildlife and the communities that depend on them from the adverse impacts of mining. We focus our efforts on the Great Basin and surrounding desert bioregions.

Alliance for Transportation Research Institute (New Mexico)

New Mexico Voices for Children is a progressive, non-partisan organization that advocates to improve the health and well-being of children, families and communities in New Mexico. Our work to eliminate child poverty is focused by four core values: economic justice, healthy communities, citizen participation and human rights.
